Return & Refund Policy — OUTFIT THEORY LLC

At Outfit Theory, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Custom & Made-to-Measure Items

Please note that customized, bespoke, or made-to-measure leather jackets are crafted specifically to your unique measurements and specifications.

  • Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the provided measurements.

  • If a custom item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. The Return Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address (determined by your location and the nature of the return).

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Inspections & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at [email protected].
