Cancellation Policy — OUTFIT THEORY LLC

At Outfit Theory, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Because our leather products are often handcrafted to order, we have established a clear cancellation window to manage our production schedule.

1. Standard Order Cancellation Window

• Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters our production or fulfillment phase in our Karachi manufacturing HQ. At this stage, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials have been cut and labor has been assigned.

2. Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders

• For bespoke, custom-sized, or customized leather jackets, production begins immediately to meet our delivery timelines. These orders cannot be cancelled or modified after the initial 24-hour window.

• Please ensure all measurements and customization details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

• If an order has already been dispatched from our facility and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, you may follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy once the item has been delivered to you.
