Outfit Theory is a premium leather apparel brand owned and operated by OUTFIT THEORY LLC, a registered US entity (EIN: 36-5163091) based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We specialize in handcrafted, genuine leather jackets that combine classic styles with modern durability.
Where is my order shipped from?
To ensure the highest quality of artisanal craftsmanship, our primary manufacturing and operational fulfillment center is located in Karachi, Pakistan. All orders are handcrafted in our Karachi facility and shipped directly to our customers worldwide via premium couriers like DHL or FedEx.
Is the leather genuine?
Yes. We use 100% genuine cowhide, sheepskin, and lambskin leather. Every hide is inspected for quality and texture before being handcrafted into a jacket. We do not use “PU” or synthetic leather.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Our typical timelines are:
Handling Time: 2–3 business days for quality inspection and packaging.
Transit Time (USA): 5–8 business days.

Can I customize my jacket?
Absolutely. We offer extensive customization options, including made-to-measure sizing, custom embroidery, and specific leather finishes. Because custom jackets are made specifically for you, they have a dedicated 24-hour window for any changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized, unworn items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I track my order?

Are there any custom duties and taxes?
USA: Orders under $800 usually do not incur customs duties.
International: Customers outside the USA may be responsible for local import taxes or duties depending on their country’s regulations.
